Hadi Suheil is committed to continuously expanding his technical and analytical skills to stay ahead in an evolving business and financial landscape. Alongside his studies at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, he has developed technical capabilities including Python programming and earned the Intuit Bookkeeping Certification.
Through the Professional Program in Accounting, Suheil is also pursuing the Master of Financial Management (MFM), further strengthening his expertise in financial analysis, accounting, and data-driven decision making.

Leading with Purpose
Leadership, for Hadi Suheil, is about more than oversight, it is about inspiring action and building strong teams. As President of Beta Theta Pi at Texas A&M University, he oversees a 100+ member organization and manages a six-figure annual budget, guiding strategic initiatives while coordinating across executive leadership teams.
Suheil has applied these leadership principles across diverse environments, including contributing to political campaigns, participating in national leadership summits, and speaking at local conferences to encourage civic engagement and empower the next generation of leaders.

Dedicated to Community Engagement
Hadi Suheil believes that meaningful impact begins with dedicated service to others. His community involvement focuses particularly on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
At Texas A&M University, he serves as an Aggie ACHIEVEMate, mentoring students in the Aggie ACHIEVE Program by providing individualized support and helping foster an inclusive campus environment. He has also volunteered with Beloved and Beyond Camp, an organization dedicated to creating a space where young people with special needs feel welcomed and celebrated.
In addition to mentorship and volunteer service, Suheil has supported community initiatives through philanthropic efforts, including fundraising initiatives benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley, contributing to programs that strengthen youth development and community resilience.
