About Hadi Suheil
Hadi Suheil is a student at Texas A&M University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance at the Mays Business School. Based in Houston, Texas, Suheil focuses on financial analysis, entrepreneurship, and leadership development as he prepares for a career in accounting and advisory services.
He currently serves as President of Beta Theta Pi, where he leads organizational planning, leadership development, and chapter operations for one of the university’s student organizations.

Early Life
Hadi Suheil grew up in Houston in a multicultural family with roots in Colombia and Lebanon. From an early age, he developed an interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Suheil began assisting his mother with professional projects, gaining early exposure to how businesses operate and adapt during periods of economic uncertainty. That experience sparked a curiosity about finance, entrepreneurship, and the mechanics behind business decision-making.

Educational Pursuits
Hadi Suheil graduated Summa Cum Laude from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, with an expected graduation in May 2028.
He is a member of the Professional Program in Accounting (Finance Track), through which he is also pursuing the Master of Financial Management (MFM). In addition, he is completing the Petroleum Ventures Program (PVP) Certificate, where he analyzes energy investment opportunities and oil and gas projects through case-based coursework and engagement with industry leaders.
His academic path is designed to prepare him to obtain the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and build a career at the intersection of accounting, finance, and the energy sector.

Leadership Roles
Hadi Suheil has demonstrated leadership through both campus and community involvement. He currently serves as President of Beta Theta Pi at Texas A&M University, where he oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of a 100+ member organization. In this role, he coordinates initiatives across executive leadership teams and manages the allocation and implementation of a six-figure annual budget, while representing the chapter to alumni, university leadership, and the national fraternity.
Beyond campus leadership, Suheil has contributed to political campaigns, attended leadership conferences across the United States, and successfully completed the Youth Leadership School in Washington, D.C., the flagship program of the Youth Leadership Institute. He has also spoken at local conferences, sharing perspectives on leadership, civic engagement, and community involvement.

Community
Hadi Suheil has developed a strong commitment to community service, particularly through initiatives that support individuals with special needs and strengthen local communities.
He volunteered at Beloved and Beyond Camp, an organization dedicated to creating a place where young people with special needs feel that they truly belong and are celebrated for who they are.
At Texas A&M University, Suheil has served as an Aggie ACHIEVEMate, mentoring students in the Aggie ACHIEVE Program—an inclusive four-year higher education initiative for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, he provided individualized support and helped students build meaningful relationships and engagement within the campus community.
Suheil is also committed to supporting charitable causes through both personal initiatives and leadership efforts. He completed the Austin Marathon, where his fundraising efforts generated more than $1,000 for the Heavens27 Foundation, supporting families and communities affected by the tragedy at Camp Mystic.
Through his leadership in his fraternity, Suheil helped organize a philanthropic campaign that raised $6,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley, supporting youth development programs in the Bryan–College Station area.
He is also involved in organizing the annual Aggie Cowboy Cookoff, a charitable event that raises nearly $10,000 each year for Disabled Outdoorsmen USA, helping provide outdoor recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
